I highly recommend it. It is well-maintained, clean, modern, comfortable, safe, easy to access. Positive: The property was well maintained, clean, modern, comfortable, safe, easy to access because it was near the school we intended to go to and near the main road. There were written instructions to use the smart lock, the heater for the shower and the water dispenser. It was easy to book this via booking.com app and we enjoyed our stay. Negative: None so far.

The best! Positive: Perfect stay for our group of 7 persons! Clean, comfortable, complete ameneties as advertized. With parking space and located in a quiet neighborhood so we had a restful sleep. The house has wifi, modern appliances, aircon in each room and in the living/dining room, hot shower, microwave, fridge, water dispenser, Netflix and Youtube. Plus, the host is accomodating and responsive. This is the place best to stay in Cabanatuan. I highly recommend and we will surely come back. Negative: None.
